Standard Reservations
Cancellation Timeline
- 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund, no cancellation fee
- 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% of one night's stay charged
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: Full first night's stay charged
- No-show: Full stay charged
Package Reservations
Royal Retreat Package
- 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
- 3-7 days before check-in: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
Winter Escapade Package
- 5 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
- 2-5 days before check-in: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 2 days before check-in: No refund
Diamond Ice Package
- 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus $250 processing fee
- 7-14 days before check-in: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
Special Events and Peak Seasons
Special cancellation policies apply during peak seasons and special events:
- Holiday Season (December 20 - January 5)
- Winter Festival Week
- Major Casino Tournaments
- Special Event Weekends
During these periods, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Group Bookings
For group bookings (5 rooms or more):
- 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund
Modification of Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Date modifications made within the cancellation period will be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, etc.), the hotel may modify its cancellation policy. Each case will be reviewed individually with the goal of finding a mutually acceptable solution.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. The hotel can provide information about available travel insurance options upon request.
