1. Definitions

"Hotel" refers to Cubonvex Winter Palace Casino Hotel, its premises, facilities, and services.

"Guest" refers to any person who makes a reservation, stays at the hotel, or uses any of our services.

"Services" includes accommodation, casino gaming, dining, spa treatments, and all other facilities and services offered by the hotel.

2. Reservations and Check-in

2.1 Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit card or deposit payment. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

2.2 Check-in Requirements

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in.

2.3 Check-in/Check-out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

3. Casino Gaming

3.1 Age Requirement

All guests must be 21 years or older to enter the casino floor or participate in any gaming activities.

3.2 Gaming Regulations

All gaming activities are subject to state gaming regulations and the hotel's responsible gaming policies.

3.3 Right to Refuse

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or access to anyone in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment and Charges

4.1 Room Charges

All room charges and incidental expenses must be paid upon check-out. The hotel may charge additional fees for excessive cleaning or damage to property.

4.2 Resort Fee

A daily resort fee is charged in addition to the room rate. This fee covers amenities including Wi-Fi, fitness center access, and in-room coffee service.

4.3 Incidental Charges

A hold will be placed on your credit card for incidental charges. The amount will be released upon check-out after settling all accounts.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Special event periods and group bookings may have different cancellation requirements.

6. Property Rules and Conduct

Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or compromise safety and security.

6.3 Property Damage

Guests will be charged for any damage to hotel property caused by negligent or intentional conduct.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Personal Property

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

The hotel's liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for your reservation, except where prohibited by law.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
